Quiet Light is Kate Foster: part writer, part academic, part musician, and part of melodic memories around the world.
A historian, archivist, and storyteller by training, Kate believes that the act of discovery is incomplete without also understanding—and she also knows that few things are ever truly understood. That’s why Quiet Light is, and will always be, a work of communicative progress across a spectrum of creative fronts.
Kate works in English, German, Irish, and French, and is literate in Spanish. Based in Denver, Colorado, she’s a mother of two and a teetotaling traveler.
